How do I track my order?

What is your returns policy?
 

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, CONTACT US TO RETURN FOR  A STORE CREDIT

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at sales@yousavedwhat.com and we will assit you in organising your return. In order to return the product, the product must be unused and unopened. Once the item has been recieved a credit will be applied to your account.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  • Product must be returned and arive in new condition with all original contents and packaging

  • All returns will be inspected. Please ensure that adequate measures are taken for return items, If items are not returned as new, re-postage will be at the customers expense.

  • Contact and return authorisaton with us maust take place prior to returning items

  • Return costs are at the expense of the customer.

What are the standard delivery times?
 

Our standard parcel service covers all of Australia, delivering your item within 3 - 7 business days.

 

Some rural location may exceed this delivery time.

 

Should items be out of stock, we will email you advising of refund.

You Saved What are able to deliver anywhere around the world. International shipping is carried out through Australia Post.
